Services Offered

We provide custom printed apparel, bulk orders, stickers, decals, car magnets, banners, custom signs, window clings and stickers, wall stickers, and ready-made designed products. We do not accept or produce any offensive designs.

Orders & Payment

Ordering: All orders must be placed online through our website.
Accepted Payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit card providers, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Purchases:

By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and authorize us to charge the total cost, including any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to verify payment information before processing.

Product Details:

Product prices, descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display colors accurately, but actual colors may vary due to screen settings.

Made-to-Order:

All products are custom printed upon order. Payment is charged immediately when the order is placed.

Discounts & Promotions:

We may offer limited-time discounts or promotions. All promotional terms will be posted on our website or social media channels.

Delivery:

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If your address is unverified, we will contact you by email. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order may be canceled without refund. Please double-check your shipping details.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations are not accepted once you approve the final proof or submit a print-ready file, including those with layouts or outlines. We begin processing your order as soon as possible, so please double-check all details and ensure your file has the proper resolution before submitting. Once printing or cutting has started, we are unable to stop, change, or cancel the order. Refunds or replacement are only available for defective or incorrect products reported within 72 hours of delivery. To request a replacement or refund, you must provide a clear description and photos of the issue for review.

If your item is confirmed defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label or at our discretion, send a replacement at no extra cost. If you prefer, we may allow you to keep the defective item instead of returning it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For all other returns (e.g., you changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs. Since we offer free shipping on all orders, the original shipping value is non-refundable. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the item in its original, unused condition.

Limitations on Refunds:

No refunds will be issued for products that are used, damaged, or diminished in value due to misuse. Custom-made products and sealed goods are non-returnable unless incorrect or defective.

Shipping Terms

Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Complex custom orders may require additional time.

Shipping Providers:

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for domestic shipping. The carrier depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery:

Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages after they leave our facility.

Intellectual Property

All website content — including designs, logos, text, images, and graphics — is the property of SDE Prints and Graphics LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

By submitting artwork for custom printing, you guarantee that you own the rights to that artwork or have the necessary permission to use it. You agree your submission does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. SDE Prints and Graphics LLC is not responsible for any claims related to user-submitted artwork.

User Accounts

Currently, we do not offer customer accounts on our website.

Comments & Reviews Policy

If you post a comment, review, or any user-generated content on our website or social media pages, you agree to the following:

Our total liability is limited to the cost of replacement or refund of the affected product(s). By placing an order, you agree to hold us harmless from any losses, expenses, or damages related to your use of our products or services.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree to binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas. Either party may seek equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Please review them regularly. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
